OwnKoin is a marketplace platform that allows users to list, trade, and manage collectible items. We facilitate connections between users but are not a party to any trade agreement.

Users agree to act in good faith when proposing and accepting trades. OwnKoin reserves the right to cancel or reverse trades found to be in violation of these terms.

You may not: use the platform for illegal purposes, harass other users, manipulate listings or trades, or attempt to circumvent our systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
OwnKoin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between users, lost items, or damages arising from use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
